To apply for the Wiener Musikakademie (Vienna Music Academy), the applicant has to take part in the audition.
The audition is taking place in Vienna or online, for the participant wishing not to travel to Vienna.
The applicants have to perform a musical work of their choice for minimal duration of minimum 5 minutes and maximum 25 minutes.
The applicants will also get an interview from professors of the Wiener Musikakademie, regarding their wishes for their musical carrier and how the Wiener Musikakademie can make the best promotion for their successful musical carrier.
For the conductor, they have to answer some questions regarding the conducting technic, the form analysis and the harmony of one of the following musical work at their choice.
